Compact and new-fashioned room with a huge bathroom. Best possible location to get to a castle and main street located near the hotel. A cozy restaurant with amazing comfort food.

Upgraded to spacious king suite. Beautiful apartment with all comforts of home. Surrounded by bars and restaurants. Very picturesque town.

The room was good-sized and lovely looking, with adjacent bathroom and a double bed, for instance, slept really well.

We were not informed that the check-in was at a different location, which was inconvenient and confusing. The room could have been better soundproofed, as we experienced some noise disturbance at night.

The breakfast was very extensive. The service friendly and cordial.

More variety at breakfast would have been nice. Unfortunately, we had a very noisy construction site in front of the restaurant the whole time. Sleeping in our apartment was unthinkable, as the house is located in the old town with cafes, pubs etc. in the same house and in the surrounding alleys.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of bars and restaurants just steps away. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the small kitchenette, which had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had a great experience at Sudpfanne. I would recommend it to others looking for convenience and comfort during their stay in Heidelberg.

Breakfast was fine. You could order scrambled eggs, fried eggs, coffee, tea, anything. Cheese, sausage and rolls . were always replenished on request.

The apartments in the adjacent building are located in the pedestrian zone. There's a party here this weekend till 4:00. Very, very loud. For young people, maybe i. O. TV reception very poor.

The room was very large, comfy bed. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Providenzkirche Christian Church was unbeatable and magnificent. The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a calm area.
